     This rockin' lemon tree inspired me to make some lemon flavored treats.  I found a great recipe from Two Peas and Their Pod.  (Visit them for so many delicious recipes! )

      I have always loved sugar cookies with a hint of lemon so I decided to make their recipe.  It is super easy since you don't need to roll out the dough then cut and decorate shapes.   Rolling the balls of dough in sugar is quicker and simpler.  Give their recipe a try!
